The fireworks have faded.
The cookouts are over.
The coolers have been unpacked, the beach towels are in the laundry, and many of us are settling back into our everyday routines.
Life feels…normal again.
For many of us, “normal” means making a grocery list, heading back to work, planning the week ahead, and wondering how quickly summer seems to be flying by.
But what if your normal looked different?
What if every trip to the grocery store meant putting something back because the budget simply wouldn’t stretch any further?
What if your pantry wasn’t quite full enough to make it until payday?
What if your children were home for the summer, eating more meals at home, while your grocery bill kept growing?
For many families in our own community, that is normal.
At Seeds of Hope, we meet hardworking neighbors every week who are doing everything they can to provide for their families. Sometimes all they need is a little extra help to get through a difficult season.
If your Independence Day weekend left you feeling especially grateful—for family, friends, good food, or simply the opportunity to celebrate together—consider sharing a little of that gratitude with someone who could use a helping hand.
There are so many ways to make a difference:
🥫 Donate non-perishable food and help stock our shelves for local families.
💚 Give a financial gift so we can purchase the items that are needed most.
🙌 Volunteer your time and become part of the caring community that makes our mission possible.
You don’t have to change the whole world.
Sometimes changing one family’s week is more than enough.
As we settle back into “normal,” let’s remember that one small act of kindness can make someone else’s normal a little brighter.
Together, we continue planting seeds of hope, one neighbor at a time.
❤️ Planting Seeds. Growing Hope. Strengthening Our Community.
