One of our favorite things to see each week is how quickly our Thursday afternoon and evening volunteer spots fill up. To every high school student, parent, grandparent, neighbor, and friend who signs up week after week… thank you. Your generosity makes our Thursday food distributions possible, and we couldn’t do it without you. But here’s a little behind-the-scenes secret… Our Thursday distributions are really an all-day event….
As families begin shopping for school supplies, organizing schedules, signing up for sports, clubs, music lessons, and activities, there’s one more opportunity worth adding to this year’s calendar… Giving back…
