There is something powerful about a bowl of soup shared with neighbors. This year, we are beyond excited to announce the return of our annual Soup for the Soul event – a night filled with delicious homemade soups, fresh salads, warm bread, decadent desserts… and most importantly, heart.
At Seeds of Hope, we are continually inspired by the way our community shows up to care, give, and lead. September is no exception! Thanks to the amazing efforts of Kristie Phelps, our September Thursdays in the Pantry sign-up is now live—and we’re already seeing so many high school students filling up the evening shifts.
The new school year is here, and with it comes something we are incredibly proud to share! Our amazing Food Bank Manager, Kristi, and our inspiring student leaders at Newsome High School have been busy bringing something very special back to campus this year — the Seeds of Hope Club!

From weekly food distributions to special events, you’ve shown up, given your time, and made a difference — and we can’t thank you enough… we could really use some extra help…
