We have some important updates about our Thursday food pickup process that we are excited to share, along with some great news about our biggest annual fundraiser!
Here to Help: New Thursday Food Pickup Procedures
We’ve heard your feedback and are making a change to make your Thursday food pickup experience even smoother and more convenient. Our new online registration system is designed to eliminate long wait times and the need to arrive early. You’ll have a guaranteed box of food waiting for you at your designated time!
How the New System Works:
- Register on Monday: Every Monday, a new registration page will go live. Anyone needing a box of food on Thursday must sign up for a specific time slot.
- Guaranteed Food: This new system means no more worrying about running out of food. If you have a time slot, you are guaranteed a box.
- Receive Your QR Code: After you register, you will receive a QR code via email or text. Please bring this with you on Thursday—it’s your ticket to a quick and easy check-in.
- One Box Per Household: Please remember, only one box is allowed per registration and per household. If multiple people in a car are from separate households, each person must have their own online registration and show a valid ID.

We Need Your Help! We know that new procedures can sometimes cause confusion. To ensure everyone feels welcome and understands the new system, we are looking for a few fluent Spanish speakers to join us this Thursday, September 11th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. We will have bilingual flyers to hand out and your presence would be a tremendous help in serving our Spanish-speaking patrons with kindness and clarity.
